I developed this program when the Covid 19 pandemic hit in order to increase awareness and educate others on how to keep the lungs healthy, fluid and open.
I later used this program, myself, as I dealt with the virus in my own body.
Most people don't realize that there are common areas of decreased opening & fluid movement in our lungs... that it matters... and how to improve lung opening, fluid & air flow in those areas.

The neck is the most influential part of our body! It holds the brainstem and acts as the "control center" when it comes to posture, alignment and sensation.
It is also influenced BY nearly every part of our body - vision, hearing, breathing, bite, thorax, lumbar spine, pelvis, foot mechanics...
A "tight" neck is a result of a lack of reciprocal and isolated movement elsewhere in the body.
I developed this program to include all these elements, so that you can truly experience neck HEALTH & not just stretching and strengthening.
